Returning Hotwheels

Returns are only given under special considerations. In general, all sales are final, but we will always do what we can to help. If for some reason the diecast car you ordered was not as described or the wrong car was sent by mistake, please contact us right away.

Shipping Hotwheels

All products are sent out via Q-Express and Sing Post, unless otherwise requested. Product is weighed and measured by us and the post office, and price to the customer is based on that provided cost.

Current shipping options:

Smart Pack via Sing Post: $4 SGD - Will hold a comfortable 6 or so Hotwheels.
Q-Express Singapore: $5 SGD - All packages larger than a Smart Pack.
Q-Express International $37 SGD/CAD (and up) - Box will hold 10x Hotwheels mainline or premium size cars. You can ship to most Canadian and USA cities.
J&T (TikTok Orders) - All rights reserved to define the cost.

PLEASE NOTE: 3rd party shipping is conditional to what "they" would like to charge. Gear Oil Cafe reserves the right to change the price of shipping at will and without prior notice. *Updated April 1st, 2023.
